Starting again.

Please don’t let yourself quit this time. You’ve built up quite a lot to say in the last few years.
But Oh where to start? That always seems to be the crux of your curious problem. Initiation, what gives? The world is ebb and flow and flux, and there you are struggling to fix it at a point, trying to understand it at as whole; but the world is too big, its intricacies incomputable, its manifold interpretations lost on your limited mind. So here you are, finally ready to let it all go before you build it all up again. Good luck, kind gentleman, as your journey forth. May you build your house of cards as high as you can before it all comes tumbling down again. Discover the importance of being anything at all and I’ll buy you a sandwich.

Be in the habit of letting your mind wander

"Contrary to the notion that daydreaming is a sign of laziness, letting the mind wander can actually let the parts of the brain associated with problem-solving become active, a new study finds.

The findings, detailed in the May 11 issue of the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, suggest that daydreaming is an important cognitive state where we may unconsciously turn our attention from immediate tasks to sort through important problems in our lives."
